Weir Camera

We were told that there was a camera being fitted at the wier fishpass in Haverfordwest, when is it going to be functional and will some of the film taken be available for viewing?

The weir camera was fitted

The weir camera was fitted some time ago. Will try to update you on current position. Problem was that information could only be accessed through the council's system. Then there was a problem with one of the cameras. As soon as I have up to date information will update you.

It seams the problem is that the project has been shelved. We are trying to find out whether it is possible to resurrect the scheme. this may be a lengthy problem to sort out ,please bare with us.

just to update this item. it apears at this time the E.A.considers the project would not be worthwile, it's funds would be better spent elsewhere.we are still trying to find wether some one else will take the project on. will keep you in touch

at the moment the camera is going nowhere. dave mee of the environment agency has confirmed that funds are ,at this time, not available. any change and i will bring you up to date.we will keep pushing for its reinstatement.
